What you probably want to know.

What exactly happens after I join the waitlist?
Shortly before we start you get an e-mail with the price and an invitation to book as a Founding Traveller — 48 hours before everyone else. Book inside that window and one of the 50 seats is yours, Founding perks included. If you do not, you will still be the first to hear when the first box goes on regular sale.
Does joining cost anything?
No. The waitlist is free and non-binding — you are not committing to anything. Costs only start if you actively book a box later on.
Why can I not pick the snacks myself?
Because the best snack of your life is one you have never heard of. Anyone choosing for themselves always picks what they already know — and misses exactly the part this exists for. So that the surprise never misses anyway, the box learns your taste with every rating.
Can I rule out flavours or whole categories?
Yes. When you set up your taste profile you tell us what is off the table for you — spicy, chocolate, or an entire category. We leave it out from the start, you do not have to rate it away first.
What about allergies and intolerances?
You give them in your taste profile and we take them into account when putting your box together. On top of that, every box comes with a full ingredient and allergen list so you can check for yourself if in doubt.
When and how do I rate the snacks?
After every box you get a short link for it — filled in under a minute. Your rating feeds straight into the selection for your next box, not months later.
How many snacks are in the box?
That depends on the box size — there will be several in future, and the count varies accordingly. Piece count is not a good measure anyway: 5 little sweets are a different thing from 5 bags of chips. What matters to us is having enough to taste — and that holds at every size.
Where does the first journey go?
That is precisely the point. The destination is not on the box and not in the order confirmation — you find out when you open it.
What does the box cost?
Founding Travellers hear the price first — together with the invitation to the first journey. What is already fixed: shipping within Austria is included.
Am I tied into anything?
No. No minimum term, cancel anytime, no notice period, no small print. And if you are not in the mood for travelling one month, you simply skip it.
Do you deliver to Germany as well?
At the start we deliver to Austria and Germany. Everything beyond that follows once the first journeys have landed well.
How often will you write to me?
Rarely. No newsletter, no promo mail — only the handful of e-mails that genuinely matter for the launch, above all the invitation to the first journey. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in every e-mail.
When does it start?
The first box takes off in 2026. The waitlist hears the exact date first — and the Founding Travellers before that.
